Terms of Service
3M Visual – Iligan City
Effective Date: April 2026
1. Services
3M Visual provides event production services including lights, sounds, LED walls, and related event enhancements. Scope of work will be based on the agreed quotation or proposal.
2. Booking & Downpayment
A downpayment is required to secure your booking. No schedule will be reserved without confirmation of payment.
3. Payment Terms
Remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed. All payments made are considered confirmation of agreement to these terms.
4. Flexibility & Negotiation
We aim to work closely with our clients. All packages, inclusions, and pricing are negotiable depending on your event needs and budget.
5. Execution of Service
Once booked, 3M Visual will handle the full setup, operation, and teardown of agreed services. Clients are expected to provide accurate event details (location, time, requirements).
6. Changes & Adjustments
Any changes must be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes may be subject to additional charges.
7. Cancellation
Downpayments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure: Venue access is available on time, Power requirements are met, Proper coordination with venue staff.
9. Liability
3M Visual is not responsible for: Delays caused by external factors (weather, venue issues, etc.), Damages due to misuse or interference by third parties.
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
