Return and Refund Policy

3M Visual – Iligan City · Effective Date: July 2026

3M Visual provides event production services (LED walls, sound systems, lighting, and full AV packages). As a service-based business, we do not sell physical goods, so product returns do not apply. Refunds for booked services are handled as follows:

1. Downpayments

A downpayment is required to secure your event date. Downpayments are non-refundable, as the reserved date is blocked from other clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, clients may request to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to date availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original event date.

4. Cancellation or Failure by 3M Visual

If 3M Visual is unable to deliver the booked services for reasons within our control, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the downpayment. If only part of the agreed services is delivered, a proportional refund or discount will be provided.

5. Force Majeure

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (typhoons, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will prioritize rescheduling to a mutually agreed date at no penalty. If rescheduling is not possible, payments beyond the downpayment will be refunded.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer / GCash, as agreed with the client.
